License to use SofaDeck
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use SofaDeck on computers you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app except where the law allows it.
SofaDeck Pro
SofaDeck Pro is a one-time purchase of a license key, sold through Gumroad, which acts as the reseller and handles payment and taxes. The key unlocks Pro features for your own use. Don't share or publish your key; keys that are shared publicly may be deactivated. Refund requests are handled by email to support@dixonappstudio.com.
Using SofaDeck responsibly
SofaDeck lets paired devices trigger actions on your PC. You're responsible for which devices you pair, which actions you put on buttons, and for the security of the network you use it on. Only use SofaDeck to control computers you're allowed to control.
No warranty
SofaDeck is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or work with every app, game, browser, phone or network.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dixon App Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of SofaDeck or this website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for SofaDeck Pro.
